Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the performance, efficiency, and productivity of our Field Teams. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting training, implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, controlling expenses, and providing quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of previous experience as an operations supervisor or in a similar role, hold a valid UAE Driving license, have experience with bicycle and sustainability transportation advocacy, possess affinity for IT solutions and app-based services, and exhibit excellent communication skills, including cross-cultural skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position. Additionally, you should have a love for bicycles and understanding of the bike-sharing industry, the ability to identify priorities and execute critical tasks under deadlines, be highly organized and process-oriented, have the capacity to lead employees efficiently and fairly, demonstrate patience, and be self-directed while also excelling in a team environment.

Flexibility and the willingness to work on holidays and after hours when required are also key attributes for this role.
