Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Architect to join our team in promoting quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in projects that drive excellence in transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop schematic design proposals and coordinate enhancement works for existing MRT stations and related infrastructure.
  • Prepare tender specifications, execute feasibility studies, design & development, documentation, and liaise with consultants and contractors.
  • Site management of architectural aspects and review developers' building plan submissions and contractors' shop drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and practice.
  • Good knowledge of CAD software (incl. AutoCAD, Sketchup, micro station and Revit).
  • Able to communicate ideas and concepts well via writing and speaking.
  • Able to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Interest in design and problem-solving.
