Roles & Responsibilities">

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Professional to join our Analytics, Data and AI Team. As the 'vital link and business enabler', you will bridge the gap between Business Intelligence capabilities and business objectives, delivering tangible value to the organization. You will play a pivotal role in instilling the right data culture within our global key accounts, driving business progress towards targets, providing accurate reports for corporate reporting, customers and external benchmarks globally, and shaping the world through data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develops a comprehensive Business Intelligence roadmap for global key accounts, encompassing knowledge of overall reporting and BI framework spanning into data modelling when relevant.

• Collaborates with account teams to understand and advise on developing, maintaining, and improving Business Intelligence frameworks, governance, and processes, including data maturity models.

• Delivers standard reporting packages, including KPIs, enabling users to make informed decisions based on data/information.

• Builds and maintains expertise in Tableau and similar analytics tools, such as PowerBI, Databricks.

Additional requirements include:

• Expertise in Business Intelligence to pave the way for Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

• Conducting data analysis or deep dives through a consultancy approach, leveraging segment and account business knowledge.

• Integrating business requirements with application development processes, carrying out business process mapping and re-engineering.

• Building a network of people and knowledge to ensure a good foundation of data.

• Ensuring people are empowered to utilize products and promoting knowledge sharing across segments for scalability.

• Implementing activities towards better data literacy and making the organization AI ready.

• Establishing new business models and engaging global key accounts in purpose-driven/outcome-based BI activities.

• Project Management, prioritizing, planning, and delivery of solutions to the business, including risk management and mitigation due to change.

• Stakeholder Management, building close relationships with account stakeholders, coordinating, and prioritizing solution delivery with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
