Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Training, Programme & Unit Development (TPUD) team as the Head of Partnership & Program. This senior leadership role will shape and drive strategic initiatives that inspire, empower, and equip girls and young women to reach their fullest potential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organisational impact through strategic partnerships, programme development, and community engagement. They will possess strong leadership and management capabilities, including oversight of teams, budgets, and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships, championing community engagement, overseeing programmes, shaping training and development, driving unit growth, expanding international engagement, and managing resources effectively.

We are looking for someone with relevant sector experience in youth development, volunteer-based, or membership organisations. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for empowering young women and communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience (2-5 years) in partnerships, programme development, or community engagement
  • Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution with clear outcomes
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders at all levels, fostering influence, alignment, and lasting partnerships
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, including oversight of teams, budgets, and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Relevant sector experience in youth development, volunteer-based, or membership organisations (highly desirable)
