Head of Strategic Communications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic communications efforts. As Head of Strategic Communications, you will be responsible for enhancing our organisation's visibility and stakeholder engagement through effective communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and brand communication plan to build positive connections with external and internal stakeholders
- Lead the development and delivery of signature events and campaigns to drive public engagement and advocacy
- Review and refine our brand guidelines, aligning key brand messages and themes across all communications materials
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with key business and industry partners to drive optimal reach and partnerships
- Develop and initiate an internal communication plan to drive internal stakeholder engagement
- Play a key role in crisis or issues management
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications and/or patient service/feedback management
- Prior experience in healthcare will be an advantage
