Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the nutritional needs of our clients and develop personalized meal plans to meet their requirements.
- Design and implement menus that are both nutritious and appealing, ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines and restrictions.
- Oversee food preparation to ensure it meets nutritional standards and maintain high food safety and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared according to nutritional guidelines and provide training on nutrition and healthy cooking practices.
- Monitor the quality and nutritional content of meals served and evaluate the effectiveness of meal plans, making necessary adjustments.
