The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or social media marketing. Proven track record of building engaged online communities and growing social media followings is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Community Building & Engagement
  • Build and nurture a vibrant global community of traders across social media platforms, forums, and online channels
  • Create educational content that helps traders understand proprietary trading, risk management, and trading strategies
  • Host webinars, live trading sessions, and community events that showcase successful traders and platform features
  • Respond to community questions, provide platform support, and facilitate trader-to-trader knowledge sharing
• Content Marketing & Education
  • Develop compelling content that explains T1's instant reward system, trading challenges, and success stories
  • Create educational materials about different trading platforms (cTrader, MatchTrader, DXTrade, Rithmic) and market opportunities
  • Produce blog posts, social media content, and video materials that attract skilled traders to our platform
  • Collaborate with successful funded traders to create case studies and testimonials
• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and trading-focused platforms
  • Manage T1's presence on trading forums, social media groups, and financial education platforms
  • Develop partnerships with trading educators, influencers, and financial content creators
  • Track and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools and conversion metrics

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Marketing & Community Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or social media marketing
  • Proven track record of building engaged online communities and growing social media followings
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual content development
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing)
• Financial Markets Knowledge
  • Understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and investment strategies
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, technical analysis, or risk management principles
  • Interest in cryptocurrency, forex, commodities, and stock market trading
• Technical & Creative Skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software
  • Strong writing skills with ability to create compelling, educational content
