Project Manager Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing the progress of construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure that the project is completed on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire construction process, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure that the project meets all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
  • Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
