Job Title: Senior Construction Site Lead

Job Description:

The role of a Senior Construction Site Lead involves overseeing the construction process to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.

  • Developing and implementing construction plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Managing site resources and materials effectively
  • Resolving conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction process

The ideal candidate will possess a Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing construction background and 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and computer literacy.
