Key Responsibilities
  • Manage suppliers effectively
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Regular supplier calls and internal calls weekly and bi-weekly
  • Assess supplier capabilities, quality, and delivery reliability through regular performance reviews
Procurement & Sourcing
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers for competitive pricing and risk management
  • Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including component shortages, disruptions, or geopolitical factors
Supply Chain Coordination
  • Coordinate with supply chain planning teams for timely delivery of materials and manage lead times
Data Analysis & Maintenance
  • Maintain information such as pricing, lead-time, etc.
