Job Title: Nightlife Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Nightlife Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading a dynamic team, and driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nightlife management, with a strong background in staff management, customer service, and supplier coordination. They will also possess excellent financial management and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the nightclub including staff management, customer service, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage budgets and implement cost control measures.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, safety regulations, and security protocols.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, VIPs, and partners to enhance brand reputation.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nightlife, F&B, or hospitality management.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and business growth.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with suppliers and diverse clientele).
