Job Title

A Management Trainee position is available at our organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team.

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our food services and manufacturing company. This includes providing exceptional customer service, supporting outlet supervisors and managers, and contributing to sales efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to customers, ensuring a great dining experience.
  • Support outlet supervisors and managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing duties, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting stock-taking.
  • Support efforts to achieve outlet sales targets through upselling, promotions, and excellent service.
  • Handle customer feedback and operational challenges professionally.
  • Assist in preparing daily sales reports and other operational documentation.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline (Hospitality/F&B preferred).
  • Strong passion for the F&B industry and customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • No experience required – training will be provided.
