Motor Fleet Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Motor Fleet Operations Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fleet accounts, processing endorsements, adding or removing vehicles, and scheduling renewal follow-ups with existing clients.

  • Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information
  • Process vehicle additions and removals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare new quotations and compile Excel listings for insurer quotations
  • Maintain accurate records and files upon policy issuance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Ite qualification (or equivalent)
  • General insurance certification is a plus (can be obtained during on-the-job training)
  • Interest or experience in motor insurance or motor fleet operations is desired
