At LHN GROUP PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Property Manager and oversee the smooth and efficient operations of the property under your management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs/maintenance works.
  • Ensure the building complies with government regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage all operational matters, including facility and security of the property.
  • Manage building budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Liaise and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships and attend to tenants' requests/feedback.
  • Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of tenants operating within the managed property.
  • Oversee logistic operations for the self-storage facility.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or other related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in property and facilities management preferred.
  • Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in using MS Office.
  • Able to multitask.
