**Retail Opportunity for a Health-Conscious Individual**

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Executive to join our team. As the face of our bakery, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve customers warmly and professionally
  • Guide customers through our allergy-friendly offerings and answer product queries
  • Handle point-of-sale operations, order processing, and cash handling
  • Manage cake collection schedules and ensure accurate handovers
  • Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for order fulfillment
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Receive and manage stock and supplies (including checking expiry dates)
  • Upsell seasonal promotions and encourage customer feedback
Requirements:
  • Possess a warm, service-minded personality
  • Be eager to learn about health-conscious baking
  • Able to handle fast-paced retail environment
  • Good spoken English (Mandarin, Malay or other languages a bonus)
  • Prior F&B or retail experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
  • Comfortable working weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule
  • Basic knowledge of allergies or dietary restrictions is a plus
