Senior Manager, Bancassurance Learning and Development

The role of Senior Manager, Bancassurance Learning and Development is to lead the design and implementation of training strategies and roadmaps for bancassurance, agency, and IFA partners. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bancassurance, agency, and IFA partner training frameworks and curricula.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase productivity and performance of bancassurance, agency, and IFA partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • University degree or above.
  • At least 10 years' experience in life insurance, distribution training functions, managing bancassurance, agency, or IFA channels in Asian markets.
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader in cross-functional settings.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and technology-enhanced learning solutions.
