Job Title:

Plumbing and Sanitary Building Information Modelling Specialist

">Job Description:

We seek a skilled professional to develop accurate 3D building information models for plumbing and sanitary systems in construction projects.

  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit or similar software

The successful candidate will create coordination drawings and shop drawings, collaborate with engineers and other trades to resolve clashes, and update models throughout the design and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models
  • Create coordination drawings and shop drawings for construction
  • Collaborate with engineers and consultants to resolve clashes and ensure smooth coordination
  • Update models throughout the design and construction stages
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for plumbing and sanitary systems
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with local building codes and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills
