Digital Marketing Strategist

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business priorities.
- Collaborating with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Profile
- A business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years and above in a similar capacity of Sales/Marketing.
- Candidates with a background in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
- Good written and oral communication and strong persuasion skills; demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong organization skills and excellent follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
