  • Create communication materials on schedule and within budget, following department guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Digital, Events, PR, and Creative to coordinate product launches and campaigns.
  • Adapt global communication materials for regional markets.
  • Help develop content strategies for digital channels, including web, social media, email, and paid content.
  • Support content planning for events and congresses, working closely with relevant teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between countries and Global Marketing for translation needs.
  • Work with the Global Website team to create and maintain APAC microsites as needed.
  • Oversee the Marketing Communications Approval Process across APAC.
  • Manage print and digital marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead ad and promotional material reviews for regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Marketo marketing automation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with both PC and MAC platforms.
  • Understanding of print production processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong proofreading abilities.
  • Proven experience in collaborative teamwork, working with various roles such as product managers, designers, agencies, and marketing automation teams.
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
