Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking Physiotherapist to play a key role in our Hospital-at-Home program. As a flexible full or part-time role, you will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, leveraging your expertise in physiotherapy to make an impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Report to referring doctor and other members of the medical team.
- Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
- Charge patients accurately.
- Comply with clinical and service standards.
- Practise within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Requirements:
- Full AHPC registration
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and customer focus
- Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

The successful candidate will be passionate about transforming traditional healthcare models through innovative care delivery.
