In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient production scheduling and effective material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work cross-functionally, leverage advanced ERP tools, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that support streamlined operations and increased productivity.

About the Role

You will:

  • Plan Material Requirements: Create comprehensive material requirement plans based on production schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor & Adjust Schedules: Manage production timelines and revise plans as needed to ensure timely output and meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate Operations: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to align workflows and ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize Advanced Tools: Apply cutting-edge ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) for real-time inventory tracking, material forecasting, and optimizing production efficiency.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing planning effectiveness, reducing lead times, and improving overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: A diploma in manufacturing, production, or electronics engineering is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in production planning within the electronics manufacturing sector, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for effective planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, buyers, and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, supervise, and engage cross-functional teams.
