Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of junior nurses and support staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong nursing background and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and supervising the delivery of care to ensure that it meets the highest standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
  • Lead a team of junior nurses and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that care is coordinated and effective.
  • Supervise the delivery of care, ensuring that it meets the highest standards and is delivered in a safe and timely manner.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in nursing.
  • RN registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
