Warehouse Planning Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to optimize warehouse planning, shipping processes, and logistics operations.


The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. They should be able to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes.


  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Plan and optimize warehouse and shipping operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes.
    • Analyze supply chain and warehouse data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
    • Develop and maintain reports using Excel and PowerPoint to track key performance metrics.
    • Work closely with express carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Train and guide stock keepers on best practices in warehouse operations.
    • Identify potential issues in the supply chain and implement corrective actions proactively.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and distribution processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Management is required for this position.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (major or minor) is highly advantageous but not a must.


Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations, preferably in express delivery, freight forwarding, or electronics-related industries.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Bilingual Communication Skills to Collaborate Effectively Across Functions and Regions
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and Presentation Tools, Including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
