Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic operations of our pathology department. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve services, and champion digital innovation.

This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills. You will be responsible for managing centralisation initiatives, modernising laboratory infrastructure, and enhancing service quality across a multi-site clinical environment.
