Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Bethesda Medical Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various healthcare assistant duties and procedures, including taking appointments, registration, billing, and collection of payment for services rendered.
  • Conduct clinical parameters such as threadmill stress test, temperature, BP taking, height & weight taking, resting ECG, Urea breath tests, medication dispensing, and liaising with laboratory for specimen collection or ordering of laboratory consumables when required.
  • Explain and introduce health screening packages to patients/corporate clients and tailor appropriate screening programs to individuals and companies based on clinical indications, patients' expectations, and cost.
  • Collate and compile results, arrange follow-up reviews and appointments for patients where appropriate, and assist in doing claims for Medisave, Chas, and Insurance.
  • Administer COVID-19 vaccination and other vaccines as required by patients, ensuring vaccine vial movement tracking, documentation in Clinic Management System, and National PRPP system.
  • Ensure workplace cold chain protocol alignment and post-vaccination advice, and assist Doctor in all procedures and code blue under Doctor's supervision.
  • Perform venepuncture when required, demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment, and manage clients' records in accordance with medical & PDPA framework.
  • Responsible for Infection Prevention & Control in the workplace, ensuring checks to ensure both co-workers and Doctors comply, including education of non-clinical staff.
  • Participate in premises housekeeping, including wiping down all high-touch surfaces and end-operation wipe down.
  • Attend all training sessions (in-house & external) arranged by the company and implement learnings into your scope of work.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and co-workers to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards, and protocols in the organization.
  • Maintain supplies inventory, including ordering supplies through the logistic person in-charge.
  • Perform any other additional duties assigned by Doctors/Clinic-in-charge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Clinic Management System.
