We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Customer Success Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies that drive growth and revenue.
In this role, you will lead a team of customer success professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will analyze customer health metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to drive customer retention and expansion.
You will also oversee customer success strategies for enterprise and mid-market accounts, collaborating with customers to develop strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. Additionally, you will partner with global leadership on best practices and strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive growth and revenue
- Lead a team of customer success professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee customer success strategies for enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Collaborate with customers to develop strategic initiatives and business transformation projects
- Partner with global leadership on best practices and strategic initiatives
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles
- 4+ years of people management experience, preferably leading customer success management teams
- Native-level Japanese fluency and business-level English proficiency
- Demonstrated success building and scaling customer success programs
- Strong analytical skills and experience with customer success metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
