
Strategic Customer Experience Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Experience Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies across the organisation, enhancing satisfaction through all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in customer experience, market research, or service transformation, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking. They will possess strong skills in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies
- Lead customer feedback gathering, analysis, and presentation from multiple channels
- Use insights to recommend and implement improvements across customer journeys and services
- Develop and execute CX standards and governance for consistent experiences
- Guide service design projects using human-centred design
Requirements:
- Degree in business, service design, analytics, or related customer-focused disciplines
- Over 10 years' experience in customer experience, market research, or service transformation
- Proven leadership in developing and implementing CX strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis, survey tools, and visualisation platforms
- Strong skills in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
