We are seeking a Video Producer to create engaging video content related to news and current affairs.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch, research, and produce high-quality video content on trending news and current events with a focus on topics that interest the Chinese community in Singapore.
  • Develop compelling formats like street interviews, explainer videos, mini-documentaries, and features.
  • Manage pre-production tasks including researching visual and sound content, filming on location, editing videos, creating graphics, and archiving footage.
  • Generate and adapt visual content for different social media platforms and experiment with new formats to boost engagement.
  • Manage all video assets.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders.

">Requirements:
  • Degree holders with 3-4 years of experience in journalism and/or film/video production.
  • Strong research skills and basic understanding of social media analytics.
  • Proficient in mobile filming and editing apps and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced work environments.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
