Security Leadership Role
Reachfield Security seeks a seasoned Chief Security Officer to lead our team in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to implement technology solutions, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall supervision of large sites with 20-30 security personnel.
  • Leading a team of security officers to meet client requirements.
  • Implementing technology solutions such as video analytics, body-worn cameras, motion detectors, and vehicle management systems.
  • Conducting daily briefings, responding to client emails, and preparing management reports.
  • Possessing valid security licenses, preferably CSO or SSS, and having experience working in uniform groups (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc.).
  • Being the main point of contact between the security team and clients, working closely with clients to carry out instructions according to SOP.
  • Preparing incident reports, compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and conducting OJT for new staff.
  • Attending management meetings and preparing minutes, providing suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements:
  • Valid security license, preferably CSO or SSS.
  • Experience working in uniform groups (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to implement technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with property, police, access control, CCTV, surveillance, and technology implementation.
  • Customer service skills.
