Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee construction activities, plan and implement projects, and monitor work execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Tactical Planning: Schedule and coordinate site activities, manage timelines, and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Technical Support: Liaise with professional engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and techniques.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and methods.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 6 days a week, 7:30 am-6 pm.
  • Environment: Challenging and demanding environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
