Site Management Position
This is a senior-level site management role where you will oversee the entire site planning, operation and activities. You will report to the project manager and management team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 7 years of experience in a construction environment or project-based work site. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of engineers, coordinators and supervisors.
The responsibilities of this position include ensuring site access and logistics are in order at all times, overseeing engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure effective communication and that each team member carries out their duties professionally on site. You will also conduct site meetings as and when required with regard to site and subcontractor issues.
Additionally, you will ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to, including safety, environmental and ISO policies. You will also monitor and chase structure, architectural and M&E works to align work progress and catch-up with schedule.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to troubleshoot site constraints and expedite works. They will also have strong analytical and organizational skills and be able to perform routine site inspections to resolve site problems.
