Critical Facility Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operation of our critical facility in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, specifically electrical or mechanical engineering, and experience in managing large-scale data centers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing critical systems, including power and cooling infrastructure.
- Responding to emergent failures and tracking preventative maintenance.
- Driving projects to improve capacity, efficiency, and reliability of current facility systems.
- Supporting IT managers on their projects and operations.
- Collaborating with design and project teams on new site/data-hall construction and commissioning.
- Establishing performance benchmarks and conducting analyses to optimize critical facility infrastructure operations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field).
- At least 3 years of experience in critical facility management or operation in large-scale data centers or 5+ years in large-scale production facility management.
- Familiarity with MEP equipment such as UPS, generators, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail to identify risks and drive resolution.
