Job Title: Mechanical Services Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Services Specialist to provide design and engineering support to stakeholders on railway, road tunnel, and bus infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out technical studies and investigations, as well as technological researches, etc. The following key responsibilities include:
- Upkeeping engineering standards, design criteria, performance specifications, and technical requirements for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, fire protection systems, plumbing, sanitary, and water services, tunnel ventilation system, lifts, and escalators, etc.
- Preparation and evaluation of tenders, review of design submissions by consultants and contractors, site supervision, testing, and commissioning, etc.
We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, particularly those with experience in the design and supervision of mechanical systems/services.
Key Requirements:
- Senior Engineer: At least 5 years of experience in the design and supervision of mechanical systems/services.
- Executive Engineer: At least 2 years of experience in the design and supervision of mechanical systems/service.
- Candidates without working experience are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
