Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced mechanical services specialist to oversee all mechanical services works on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all mechanical services-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. They should be able to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical services works on site.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and report them to the project manager.
  • Maintain and monitor all mechanical services-related documentation and records.
  • Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Supervise and manage mechanical services sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
  • Organize and lead mechanical services coordination meetings to align all parties involved.
  • Update and report on mechanical services progress, issues, and developments to the project manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant mechanical services coordination experience in the construction industry.
