We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Associate to join our team at ENCOMPASSE. As a Claims Associate, you will play a critical role in verifying the accuracy and completeness of assessments and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Verify applicant eligibility criteria according to policies for various grants/schemes
- Verify details on assessments and applications are captured accurately in the system against submitted documents
- Liaise with assessors and applicants on queries pertaining to assessments/applications submitted via phone call or email
- Record and reply to inquiries from applicants and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible application outcome
- Degree in any discipline, or diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Customer Service
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Meticulous and details-oriented
