Job Title: Research and Analysis Associate Director, Asia Olefins

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Analysis Associate Director to lead our regional market research and analytic services for Chemical Market Analytics (CMA) in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Asia region.
  • Lead a team of researchers and analysts to provide high-quality market research and analysis reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in market research and analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of the petrochemical and olefin markets, including oxo-alcohols, plasticizers, acrylic acid, acrylates, MMA, and super absorbent polymers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of researchers and analysts.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
