Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role:

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and repeat visits.
  • To plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and offline channels.
  • To manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • To work closely with the operations team to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • To monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • To manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners to maximize exposure.
  • To oversee the production of marketing materials, from creative assets to in-store displays.
  • To stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries (fresh graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered).
  • Malaysian applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
