Your Role

You will be part of the SEA Marketing Team, responsible for raising the brand's desirability in Southeast Asia through 360 marketing plans.

  • Contribute to the development of regional marketing strategy plans and 360 launch plans for SEA.
  • Manage local Trade Marketing activations, consumer workshops, and events.
  • Source potential partnerships with external stakeholders to drive recruitment and sales conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the beauty and retail industries.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to turn ideas into marketing executions.
  • A strong grasp of the beauty industry and its consumers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
