Job Description
The AR Financial Services Manager will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be responsible for supporting the finance team in other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Process payments, including check payments and online transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly summary reports and reconciliation of GIRO submissions.
- Support the finance team in other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have a responsible, meticulous, and self-motivated attitude.
