About the Role

The Pantry Professional is responsible for maintaining the pantries in a downtown office setting. This is a 5-day, Monday to Friday role from 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks and top-ups of beverages and pantry consumables in all common areas.
  • Perform stock checks and place orders for pantry supplies through Guest Experience Assistants (GEAs).
  • Ensure coffee machines are well-maintained and arrange for vendor technicians to perform monthly servicing.
  • Notify GEAs of any facilities issues or faulty equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in all pantries.

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience as a Pantry Assistant.
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties as required.

This role offers a competitive salary between $1800 – $2000 per month. The location is Marina Bay Financial Centre, easily accessible by Downtown MRT.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in handling pantry supplies and equipment.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping and sanitation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data entry.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
