Job Title: Temp Payroll Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Temp Payroll Officer.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and follow up closely on billings for staff movements.

  2. Work with HR partners to deliver customer-centric HR service and advisory to line divisions and research entities.

  3. Process, coordinate and clarify on billings working closely with all stakeholders.

  4. Maintain proper data records of billings in shared folder.

  5. Regularly update tracker on the progress of the billings.

  6. Manage provision, accruals and fractionation for cost charging.

  7. Administer and update staff records onto the HR online database system.

  8. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A min. Diploma in Human Resource, Business Admin or equivalent field.
  • Strong written & communication skills.
  • Prior HR Payroll/Finance experience in the Public Sector and knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous.
  • Only Singaporean need to apply.
