Business Development Manager

Our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our retail business through strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and consumer tech companies.

You will identify and evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and drive product partnerships.

The role requires a strong understanding of the financial infrastructure landscape in Singapore and Australia.

You will also work closely with product management and country managers to define requirements for successful partnerships.

Additionally, you will represent Coinbase externally at industry events and regulatory conversations.

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships roles in fintech, payments, consumer tech, or crypto.
  • Strong understanding of the financial infrastructure landscape in Singapore and Australia.
  • Proven ability to lead high-stakes deals end-to-end.

Benefits include:

  • Target annual salary range: $239,000 - $239,000 SGD
  • Target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
