    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve zero falls, medication errors, pressure ulcers, and infections.
  • Clinical Care:
    • Administer medications, perform wound dressings, and monitor vital signs.
    • Assist in admission, assessment, and orientation of new patients.
  • Supervision:
    • Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Oversee the serving of meals and hygiene practices among care staff.
  • Residents' Activities:
    • Engage residents in daily activities, maintain accurate log-books, and assist in rehabilitation programs.
    • Perform motion exercises, assist with walking, and promote resident participation.
  • Resource Management:
    • Optimize resource utilization by minimizing waste and monitoring consumable usage.
  • Feedback Management:
    • Investigate and resolve feedback and complaints from patients and sponsors.
  • Other Duties:
    • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Centre Manager/Centre Manager/Assistant Centre Manager/Senior Staff Nurses/Staff Nurses.
    • Maintain cleanliness of patient care areas and accurate log books.
    • Foster effective communication with patients and sponsors.
Qualifications:
  • NITEC in Nursing (Local Trained)
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Foreign Trained)
  • State registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Able to work in a caring and tactful manner, communicate effectively, and collaborate as part of a team.
