Caregiving Leadership Role

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and support our caregiving team. As a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Manager, you will assist our Matron and Staff Nurse in delivering quality care to residents and overseeing the efficient day-to-day operations of the Home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Matron and Staff Nurse in ensuring the smooth operation of the Home while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance with government regulations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the work assignments of the nursing and caregiving team to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Ensure the safe storage, packing, and administration of medication in compliance with safety standards.
  • Support the implementation of policies and practices to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
