We are seeking an experienced financial reporting specialist to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare trade/shipment invoices on a daily basis
  • Monitor billings, update daily journal entries, and post GST data with knowledge of simple accounting principles
  • Generate four types of reports for management, including sales closing by country, purchasing report, stock adjustment report, and Excel debtors outstanding balance report
  • Assist with fixed assets physical checks and stock take activities on a monthly basis

What You'll Need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of simple accounting principles and GST regulations
