The ST Recruitment Centre is seeking an experienced Financial Support Associate to join their team. As a key member of the administration department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the A/Cs & Admin Manager with internal company billing matters, including weekly invoicing, billings, and daily accounting journal entries;
- Process Statements of Account (SOA) for payments, track payments collections, and manage outstanding balances;
- Perform partial accounts tasks as instructed by the A/Cs & Admin Manager;
- Collaborate with the Senior Executive to prepare management reports, including purchasing, sales by country, stock adjustment, and trade debtors aging report.
