We are seeking a Finance Senior/Associate for our portfolio company to join our growing team. You will work closely with our finance and accounting teams to manage and maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and analyze financial data to support decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including tracking expenses and revenue, and identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Support the finance and accounting teams with day-to-day operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information and reporting.
- Assist in corporate secretarial and taxation matters.
- Any other ad-hoc matters when deemed necessary and appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Work Location: Tagore Lane (nearest MRT: Springleaf)
