Job Title: Senior Landscape Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape professional to oversee horticultural and landscaping works at various sites. This role involves collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to plan and manage resources, communicating effectively with clients and officers regarding site activities, meetings, and feedback. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable landscaping solutions, providing expert advice on horticultural practices, plant health, and mitigation measures, supporting the onboarding and training of new gardeners, guiding and monitoring the performance of gardening teams, preparing schedules and regular progress reports for assigned sites, enforcing workplace safety and health standards at all times, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A diploma in Landscape Design and Horticulture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture.
  • Certified Practising Horticulturist (CPH) qualification is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and pest/disease management.
  • Ability to work comfortably in outdoor environments and manage site operations.
  • Willingness to attend to urgent matters outside regular working hours, when necessary.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
