Job Title: Senior Landscape Professional
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Landscape Professional to join our team. This role involves overseeing horticultural and landscaping works at various sites, working closely with the Operations Manager to plan and manage resources, liaising with clients and officers regarding site activities, meetings, and feedback, developing and implementing sustainable landscaping solutions, advising clients on horticultural practices, plant health, and mitigation measures, supporting the onboarding and training of new gardeners, providing guidance and performance expectations to gardening teams, preparing schedules and regular progress reports for assigned sites, enforcing workplace safety and health standards at all times, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective landscaping strategies.
  • Oversee horticultural and landscaping works at various sites.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and manage resources.
  • Liaise with clients and officers regarding site activities, meetings, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement sustainable landscaping solutions.
  • Advising clients on horticultural practices, plant health, and mitigation measures.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new gardeners.
  • Provide guidance and performance expectations to gardening teams.
  • Prepare schedules and regular progress reports for assigned sites.
  • Enforce workplace safety and health standards at all times.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • A diploma in Landscape Design and Horticulture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture.
  • Certified Practising Horticulturist (CPH) qualification is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and pest/disease management.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments and managing site operations.
  • Willing to attend to urgent matters outside regular working hours, when necessary.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
