Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of designated areas, including trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the health and appearance of plants through regular watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control.
  • Operate various hand tools and motorized equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance on hand tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, applying pesticides as needed to control pests and diseases.
  • Trim and prune plants to maintain landscape aesthetics and enhance overall appearance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in landscaping or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:

The Landscape Maintenance Specialist will work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
